My belly is huge even though Im skinny. I'm asking here because I want blackpilled responses

How long do I have to work out? I've heard it takes a year. I usually go to the gym for five months and when I see no results I quit. I doubt I can make it one year.

I'm a poorcel so I cant buy protein shakes,etc.

Also I'm in my 30's and have shit genetics.

I have no fucking idea bro. I eat a lot of sugary stuff. I don't eat much during lunch or dinner. I eat more snacks than the main meal.
 
Stop eating foods with added sugar and after 3 months you'll have a flat belly.

It's easier said than done though. Sugar is highly addictive.

Sugar is not only dense energy but also fructose in particular is metabolized in a shittier way than glucose, at least according to this:

And companies sure love using high-fructose corn syrup. Sucrose is directly broken down into glucose and fructose so it's bad too, although maybe it's only about half as bad.

And the reason fructose from fruit is fine is that they also contain other things which slow digestion down and make you feel full.

If that video is legit, then if you need energy, especially before a workout, it should be especially fine for you to eat bread/rice/potatoes since they get metabolized into glucose.

Correct me if this video is wrong, brocels. I'm not sure what to trust anymore tbh.

Cut down on calories (start by calculating your maintnance calories, and go 250 calories lower) cut down on carbs and eat high protein foods and train hard enough, youll lose it in 7 to 9months depending on genetics, if you do shit perfectly. If you dont see results that means you are not dieting well enough. :feelsjuice:.

It took a year for me and mine is was bigger but i'm also younger. i have the same problem with sugar and snacks addiction, if u cut them out for like a month for will easily lose ~10kg

Be in a caloric deficit, should be much easier to lose belly fat for you since you're not a currycel
 
Start counting calories, chicken thighs/breast are a good source of protein and mog most protein shakes to oblivion. Besides introducing a calorie deficit I would also start doing some strength training in form of calisthenics: pushups, crunches, leg raises, dips, pullups.
 
Eat around 500 calories less than your average intake and try to do some body weight exercises at home.
Also stop eating fast food and all shitty foods and instead eat high protein stuff.

With a strict diet of say 1000 calories a day you could lose it in a couple of months. Exercise is secondary.
