Why are retarded normies training for strength, and not size.

Exactly how many times per day would lifting 200kg be applicable. Vs being able to lift 140 with an impressing physique.
This incel pit fall for strength training is utter cringe.

Train for size and stop obsessing about gym, infact its pretty easy
