I want to buy proteins to maximize my protein intake and when I look at some important compounds whey is absolutely the best and soy comes in 2nd. The problem with whey is that it's too expensive 30 euros for a kilogram so my alternative would be soy but is it really worth it? Heard it can increase estrogen but I'm not sure if that's true or just a myth since soy has pythoestrogens which can't do the same effects the estrogens can when they bind to the receptor. Why is soy labeled as beta and shit?

What alternative then since whey is expensive
Don't buy any "protein" products, your natural protein intake can easily be met by eating and drinking animal products, especially meat.
 
I think the consensus nowadays is that you don't need that much protein
 
like other dude said try to subtitute ur daily food with higher protein options to compensate. 2 scoops ~3 times a week would still last u 3 months tho its not that bad

Tried soy protein and hemp protein for a while.

Absolute garbage. I have actually lost muscle during that phase.

Just expensive bullshit. Don't buy it.

Men need more fat than protein. Overconsumption of protein is also bad for the kidneys.

My diet consists only of eggs, meat, yogurt, butter, milk, and fruit, carbs, and it gives me great results; I highly recommend it. It’s much better than eating soy or drinking those garbage protein shakes.
 
From what i have heard soy contains phytoestrogens that are not exactly the same as estrogen. The chances that you are going to become a foid from it are quite low.

The real reason why "soyboys" are a thing is because people who are already weak minded are more likely to care about animals and thus switch to plant based alternatives which makes it seem like they became that way due to consuming said plant-based alternatives, but actually they were like that already.
