Why are you wasting your money on fucking candy bars and drinks and powders?
You can easily and cheaply hit 140g a day just by cooking chicken breast and ground beef and meal prepping.
How do you cook chicken breasts?

I take protein powder, even with smoothies, the bad taste is there, I have tried all types of protein powder brands and they are all SHIT.
Im the same way
I try to squeeze my nose and mix it with cold milk to minimize its taste but mid swallowing I remember what Im drinking and the taste comes back and I just gag and spit it out
Then I have to sit with my hands under running water to calm myself so I wouldnt puke out my breakfast and lunch
I dont know how to meet my protein goals
Im a very picky eater so those protein bars are a nono for me too
