Hello fellow gymcels,

I want to know what kind of training routines you do. I am running a powerlifting routine mainly focused on bench atm.

My totals are: Squat 425 lbs, Bench 265 lbs, and deadlift 500 lbs at 210 lbs bwz

Outlift 95 % of the chads at my gym but a lot of them train with their GF while I fucking don’t have one. :dab::dab::dab::dab::dab:
