I lol at the faggots at my gym, all of them lift for muh aEsThEtIcS yet none of them train their neck, forearms and calves literally the only 3 bodyparts visible in clothes. just lol at them walking with bitch titties hidden under 2 layers of clothes with visible pencil neck and noodle forearms :feelskek::feelskek:

Train them if you want to but you should focus on leanmaxxing first because bodybuilding is a game of illusion and normies are retarded. A 15 inch shredded bicep looks "" bigger "" than a 17 inch fatcep to most normies. Fuck they are stupid.
Plus I've noticed that noodle neck, forearms and jacked body makes you look like a try hard gym monkey meanwhile thick neck, forearm chad looks effortless. Normies can't pin point what makes them masculine and intimidating but we know :blackpill::blackpill:

Nope. There's no way to work your way around bigger wrists if you're 18/20+ but you can gain size in your forearms and that will give you an illusion of bigger wrists. It's a game of illusion. After working on forearms like an autist I've noticed that I can do more pull-ups and deadlift heavier.
Forearm pill is the most underrated gympill out there ever since neckpill became mainstream.

Calves on the other hand is hard to grow hence why you see big roidmonkey IFBB pros with small calves but you can always condition them to look more veiny and diced. That will give you an illusion of bigger calves.

You need direct and high volume high frequency neck/forearm/calf work if you want them to grow especially for a nattycuck

I gained an inch in all 3 after one month of direct training when I got nothing after gymceling for months.


Their neck gained size ONLY after direct neck work.

Only Pull-ups work on forearms. Deadlift won't build forearms and none of the exercises you mentioned will build neck and calves.
If your deadlifts aren't making your forearms bigger, you aren't deadlifting heavy enough.

Yes. I'm assuming you weigh less than you deadlift, tough guy. And I'm assuming you can't weight your pullups past 150 kg either. Now how are pullups, where your arms pull less than 150 kg, supposed to work your forearms harder than the deadlift, where your arms are pulling 150 kg?

Yeah more than 2× bodyweight.

Deadlifts do work on the brachioradialis and supinators but I haven't seen any results in my flexors. Pull-ups work too but they aren't the best forearm exercises.
For them you have to train like an armwrestler and focus on grip and pulling strength. No wonder these armwrestlers have bigger forearms than IFBB pros despite way less overall muscle mass.
