JFL I remember doing this but in Ganton. I got on top of CJ's house, spammed the Vortex cheat code and once I had a few on the ground threw some grenade and enjoyed the big fireworks. Or sometimes it wasn't even necessary because they had a tendency to flip down so they caught on fire and then exploded.
I don't know why Rockstar made the Vortex so flammable but it was funny as hell.
