Use LED lights, the new generation of LED grow lights are amazing vs the old CFL lamps. One of the main reasons growers get caught is the absurd power / heat output from the grow lamps in their operation, LED grow lights pretty much circumvent all of that. Also obviously the smell, you need some HVAC system in place however crude.
