I'll need a bit more context to determine who's in the wrong here. Did he tell them about their son's peanut allergy? If he did that could be a genuine lawsuit, and it's fucked he got arrested. But if he didn't it's his own fault for ordering a drink with peanuts. If the drink didn't normally have them, maube that too because of bad product.
