Attractive people have the trappings of being attractive from birth, and you can absolutely see it prepuberty. Look at Chris Hemsworth (Right) in this photo at like 10 yrs old. Blonde hair, clear skin, symmetrical face, and his jaw is already filling out. Not to mention his limbs and neck are gangly and long, and his hands are disproportionately large.
