Venting Getting a job made me realize how fucked my social life is.

When you're a comfy neet bum who sits home all day it's nice spending your time doing whatever on the internet and playing vidya, enjoying your own company.
But when you get into wageslaving it becomes fucking brutal.
You see people all day everyday. Both coworkers and customers alike in their own cliques and groups bonding and having a pleasant time with one another.
You're just left out. No matter how many times you check your phone it's always zero notifs. Zero messages. Nobody wants your presence. Like a ghost phasing through this world.
I don't envy normies I can't imagine being a moralfag with basic bitch vanilla taste in everything. But I envy what they have, I wish I had someone who wants me.

Ever since I’ve been working for a while now, it really rubs it in a lot more than being NEET. I’ve been asked about my relationship status multiple times already. Once, I got asked if I currently have a good girlfriend, and I just said, “Not at the moment”, to imply that I’m single now but had some before.

But then I got directly asked if I ever had a girlfriend, because the coworker was talking about relationship problems and wanted to see if I could relate. I just said yeah and they accepted it luckily.

I hate that I’m the only incel there it seems.

I always say I’ve had gfs. But when asked if I currently have one, it’s best to say I’m currently single because if I say I have one right now, they’ll ask for proof which I don’t have.

Best to just always answer that you’ve had girlfriends before, but am temporarily single for now, at least in my case
