So I have been watching some Buddhist monk videos and I would 1 billion percent rather live as an actual real monk than be a wageslave in America, with that being said, I am a Christian, I looked into Christian monestary/monk stuff and it doesn't really seem like its better than the Buddhist side of it, so I am wondering could I basically fake being a Buddhist monk but like just in reality in my head be a the same Christian I was?

aren´t Orthodox Greek Christian Monks practices similar Buddhist monks?
