Gambling Laws Don't Make Sense

How can one thing be legal and another one not? Either both are illegal or both are legal. Government policy makes no sense.
In my state I can play on:
FanDuel, DraftKings, PredictionStrike and Jock Mkt
But I can't play on PrizePicks
What the hell is the difference between PrizePicks and the rest?

I think we just legalized online sports gambling last year. but even when sports books were illegal here fanduel and draftkings were ok to play.
Now that were legal there still seem to be some that aren't allowed for some reason.

Green states can play real money games, orange free buy in games and red nothing. I asked what would happen if I had a real money game I started in a green state and then entered an orange state. Never got a response.

Laws as a whole are not made to maintain societal harmony among the citizens. They are made to control people and make them behave a certain way that favors the elite behind the laws.
