Gaining weight

Looks like I am steadily gaining weight thanks to a combination of eating junk food every weekend, zero exercise, and binge drinking. I used to be overweight as a kid but I forgot just how terrible it felt (though I am not overweight now... yet). The interesting thing about my body is how when I gain weight it only ever goes to my gut and my ass. My arms NEVER get bigger. They remain STICK THIN making me look like a CARTOON CHARACTER. It looks fucking disgusting. I look like an alien.

Cardio is the least effective way of burning calories. Body weight exercises are better. Anyway, I know how to lose weight (did it before). It's just frustrating when I know that no matter what I do my body just looks FUCKED UP. Try to be thin? People make fun of me and call me "small". Get fatter? I still look SMALL because my fucked up bones and lack of muscle inserts. These are the worst genetics ever. I swear I have some undiagnosed (possibly even undocumented) syndrome.

I've been steadily losing weight every year for the last 10 or so years and whenever I bring it up to a doctor they're all "OH THAT'S NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT - YOU'LL BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR UNNATURAL WEIGHT LOSS WHEN YOU'RE 50 AND FIND IT HARDER TO LOSE WEIGHT."

Pretty sure I'm dying and these fuckers are telling me to be grateful because I might be fat in 25 years lol

anaerobic exercises do burn far more calories than lifting weights. genetics is everything.

My basic diet plan is to not eat for about 24-36 hours at a time and then go back to a normal eating pattern. I don't even drink any water at all, and when I'm done I don't pig out. It helps clean out my system.
 
I've been obese/overweight my entire life and have zero muscle on my body. I always feel weak and lethargic because I never exercise or do activities that break a sweat. Truly a meaningless existence.
 
Gymcel for 13 years here. Your body composition is irrelevant, so don't worry about it. Enjoy the tasty food and laugh at the idiots sweating it out without getting anything out of it.
 
As a fatass myself I'd rather be that than a malnourished lanklet type. At least I can throw some people around if they fuck with me lmao.
