This is what I don't understand. He's now one of the most powerful men alive and he refuses to lose weight? This is what he looked like when he wasn't fat

He could easily be one of the most popular presidents ever on looks alone + 6'1 but he refuses to and instead opts to look like a chipmunk holding nuts in its cheeks

How is his fat distribution even like this? His body looks relatively thin despite obviously being overweight. It's like all his fat traveled to his face
