In this game you can nuke 9 countries. Any countries. All the countries around them are left unharmed. You can be specific and choose for example either England or Wales or just say you want whole UK to be nuked (doesn't work for European Union for example obviously), same with Italy and Vatican. There are 3 groups of 3 countries that you can nuke.
GROUP A - 3 countries get nuked completely, leaving no single person alive, that is - all politicians, elites, top class and middle class will die. No survivors.
GROUP B - 3 countries get nuked but the debree is random. A lot of people die, both from the top class and middle class but some survive. Those countries are basically in complete ruin and will have to be dependant on the countries around them and will have to settle for what their laws are.
GROUP C - 3 countries get nuked but only the elites of this country get killed, no "civilians" are harmed. The rule goes back to the hands of the people. I'll start:
