Azad Hind, also known as the Azad Hind Fauj or the Indian National Army (INA), was a military force formed during World War II by Indian nationalists in Southeast Asia with the aim of gaining independence from British colonial rule. It was led by Subhas Chandra Bose, who sought support from Axis powers like Nazi Germany and Imperial Japan to achieve this goal.
