I gotta try and make a career for myself but I can’t focus anymore my mind is too far gone it wasn’t like this 5 years ago it just gets worse wtf

I know that feel. I can't focus, can't commit to shit, can't remember stuff short term, it sucks. My last job was me getting scolded left and right and every minute was terrible.

Ritalin helps a lot but the effect doesn't last long and tolerance kicks in fast.

At this point I’m just accepting this is who I am now and adding good diet and exercise because I hear that helps marginally.
