I'm in the same boat man and it's unbearable, but listen just try to reach out in anyway you can. If your suicidal call a crisis line, exhaust your options of improving your life in anyway you can. If your at that level just go for a walk and see how you feel after that, then add more to that routine incrementally, maybe treat yourself to a mcdonalds. Small steps amounts to progress, but not giving up is more important than any progress you make. If you build a routine you'll have less time to sit with your despair. This is why I feel better at work and go to the depths when I'm off, as much as I hate my fuckin job and the ignorance I face it's still get me out of this room aka prison.
You have value just by sharing this with me, same goes for me and others who share openly. That value is something to hold onto, sufferers in life are the most understanding people.
