you need 300 posts for sewer access, once you get there you can create your spam thread and spam whatever you want, dont spam the same thing over and over again though because its not allowed, just spam a different thing each time and you should be fine

every time you unlock a new rank (for you it would be blue) the stars will reset and once you reach paragon, your stars will remain at 5 because it is the final rank
