What is the deal with these things? I have tried almost all of the big ones - Tinder, OKC, Bumble, POF, and even that Chinese one Tantan. When I first create an account I get a flurry of matches, but then they slowly die off. I have had the most success with Bumble. It almost had me thinking I could ascend this year. Bumble was serving me pretty well until the past month or so. Hardly any matches, and the ones that do match are so fickle that they get bored and unmatch after one fucking message. Last year I had these long back-and-forths with several women and almost built up the courage to ask some out. I didn't know what the fuck I was doing and kept texting after 50 instead of asking for a number+date or just a date. Now I can't get a match anywhere. I swear women have sites they can look people up and run a background check to find out if they are incel or a "serial killer" (I'm not one but one thought I could be...).
I know many are pay-to-win so they will run an algorithm to hide you after an initial flurry of success. It just seems now that I am getting just as many matches on Bumble, but they either don't message me or stop after the first reply and unmatch. If all else fails, I may try something like match.com once I get wageceling.

". I stopped getting likes after that. The "feminist dating app", from what I've heard, penalizes you for unmatching, getting unmatched, ghosting, getting ghosted, i.e. making the experience suboptimal for the only users that matter.
