It's Over Forgot to take my antidepressant for a day, then got very irritable and anxious

Today, I forgot to take my antidepressant in the morning. Then, at like midnight, I felt very irritable and anxious. It was the worst I've ever felt. At first I didn't know why, but it was probably because I forgot to take the antidepressant.

I think I need these meds just to function normally and have a normal mood. I guess that's what inceldom and loneliness does to a person? It isn't ideal if I have to depend on these meds, but it's not like I have a choice.

True. The only reason I need these antidepressants is because of how bad the world is. Before taking antidepressants, my mental health was much worse.
