29 I'll be 30 in December. You can still find houses around that price but the problem is no one is willing to settle. Their first house needs 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms with 2 inground pools. My house is 3 bed 2 bath 960 square feet. It has a garage but many would pass it up because it's too small. I saved up enough by living with my parents not paying any bills.
