I understand why the rules are in place but it feels like some opinions are not allowed here. Personally I think you should allow any and all opinions but the person stating that opinion also has to accept the consequences. I don’t mind people insulting each other etc. but it seems like you can get banned very easily for saying the wrong thing. What do y’all think? I think it would foster better convos if more topics were allowed and if unpopular opinions didn’t result in a ban.

Nah, rules are important for any community and the rules here are quite lax

I think that’s fair but the rules don’t seem lax to me. Yes you can call someone a slur or whatever but if you say something remotely bluepilled or “fakecel” you can get banned very easily. Albeit, if that is what the community decides the rules should be, then I cant really complain.

You get bunch of warnings before ban unless you post something ban worthy you won't get immediate ban

Wish we could kick out the completely unhinged teenagers posting who are pro-slavery/torture/etc. But I think it makes sense to not allow people to come in and brag about being normies and then sharting out glib advice and oversimplified privileged platitudes of "it's all you", "hard work", "X deserves Y", and the rest of the endless nonsense.

I agree, but having said that, the rules are mainly just no bluepilled posting, not homosexuality posting, and no fakecel posting. And these are moderated quite well.

Although the rules about bragging I disagree with and have seen some great users and newcomers get banned over the slightest "brags".

I agree with this.
