I am 19 years old and I have lived and still living my life as a weak person with a skinny fat weak body. I want to change that (not for laid but I want to change it to feel strong and satisfied)

I am 5'5 135 lbs, is it possible to build a 200 lbs strong heavy physique at my height (naturally)? and what is the advice to get stronger and bigger?

Prob. not, set ur goal to be strong and fit and just have that as base.

Uh it's simple, train reasonably hard + be consistent. Most guys who regress or stay same are missing days, if u stay consistent u can keep getting gains for multiple years in a row.

Unlikely.

Eat a lot of everything, train 3 times a week (never 2 days in a row), focus on heavy compound lifts (squat, deadlift, standing press), sleep properly....

It’s possible if you have a very large frame for your height.

Go to gym or get weights

Lift to failure on every exercise

Eat enough calories and protein

200 pounds at your height, without steroids, means you'll be a fatass. You're not gonna be a 200 pound bodybuilder.

I'd shoot for around 160 pounds.
