From eyewitness accounts, it was unprovoked. If it would've been a guy doing this, he would have been tackled by staff and arrested. This bitch was only given a summons. Also, her name was not released to the public. Daughter of some muckety muck perhaps? Or they didn't want to ruin her paper pushing career?
