A Florida student has been arrested after she allegedly gave birth to a baby in her college dorm room before killing the child and dumping her body in a trash can.

University of Tampa student Brianna Moore, 19, was charged with aggravated manslaughter of a child and child neglect with great bodily harm, after authorities found the baby’s body in a trash can in April.

Prosecutors said Moore’s roommates heard sounds of a baby crying and found blood in the shared bathroom of their dorm on April 27.

They called University of Tampa campus safety staff, who dispatched an ambulance to check on Moore.

Moore denied being pregnant and told an officer the blood in the bathroom was from her period, the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office said.

The following day, her roommates allegedly found a bloody towel inside Moore’s trash can and called police once again.

Officers arrived to find the child’s body hidden in a towel, prosecutors said.

Later that day, Moore admitted to police that she delivered the baby in the bathroom and held the child tightly to her body until she stopped crying.

She told investigators that she placed the baby’s body in a towel and threw her in the trash can.

An autopsy revealed the infant had multiple fractured ribs along her spine and hemorrhaging in her lungs.

The Medical Examiner determined the cause of death was asphyxia due to compression of the torso with the manner of death being homicide.

State Attorney Suzy Lopez said the baby’s death was avoidable.

“It breaks my heart to know that this baby girl could still be alive today if this woman had alerted authorities that she needed help. Instead, she took actions that directly led to the death of her newborn baby,” she said.

“This is a difficult and nuanced case to prosecute, and our community must continue to educate women about the many resources available to them in situations like this one.”

Florida lawmakers expanded the state’s Safe Haven laws in July to allow parents to anonymously surrender unwanted newborns up to 30 days after birth without any questions.

A parent who has just given birth can surrender a child to medical staff at a hospital or any fire station.

TL;DR -- Foid lets Chad bang her raw, a child is concieved, she gives birth to the child in her dorm bathroom and then proceeds to look at it crying and decides to suffocate the baby to death violently before chucking the body into the trash can and covering it with a towel.

The worst part is that she's 100% going to get like 10 years or something for this. In ten years, she'll be walking free having killed a literal baby because it was too much of an inconvenience to her life. How can you defend this? This is literal insanity.
