Once I was walking to my uni, and a male cop was trying ti subdue some (what appeared to be) junkie/homeless dude, and his female partner just watched him do it with her hands in her pocket, while chewing bubblegum (not exaggerating). And the cop was struggling as well, you could hear his knees and elbows hit the concrete as he was wrestling with the guy.
What's also funny is that as a man you need to pray to God that the cop is male because if she's a female it becomes a fucking 1v1v1

Probably she should've provided cover fire if the other officer was to try and get to the car (I'd assume to grab a rifle?), I don't know. Definitely she isn't cleared from faults, but the civvie acted like an idiot.
