As someone who's 5'11" and had children with someone who's 6'4" I know my kids (both boys and the girl) are likely to be taller than me. Because that's how genes work. I've been taller than my 5'4" mom since... Late middle school maybe? My little brother is an inch taller than me, and I'm a good 2-3" taller than my older sister. My dad is about 10" taller than my mom and she knew we would all be taller than her (none of us hit my dad's height but we all were much taller than Mom).
