There are a few main reasons for this change, I think.

Average height among younger generations has slightly increased due to changes in nutrition and supposedly also some artitficial growth hormones in the water and food.

A lot more people are wearing lifts to heightfraud, myself included. I wear full-sole in-sole lifts in my shoes. So they don't fuck up my gait and they look natural and basically fit in any shoe. It's not life changing but it makes me about 2 to 2.5 inches taller in normal tennis shoes.

Also, a LOT of shortcels and manlets just are not going out. If they're very short, many of them are probably just LDARing at home. It's too brutal to go outside for any reason except what is absolutely necessary, like errands or work.
