I get her point but there are many restaurants in my area that are specific white nationalities too. I guess that's not common in the shithole big US cities.

I think it's that simple, everyone working in the back is a mexican dude that's talking shit all day, you can't just hire a white bitch and throw her in there and not end up sued, or making most of your low paid staff miserable enough to quit.
