I'm sure if the mother stayed around to see the autopsy being performed on their unborn child by some fat brown women man handling the shit out of their unborn child they'd be singing a different tune. I'm sure what happens is the nurses take the fetus away before the mother has a chance to see it so she won't feel as bad for having got an abortion, out of sight out of mind thinking.
