I've seen it up close, as a man who is 26 and had a lot of slutty classmates who posted bikini pics on Facebook. About 75-80% of them were noticeably more sexy back when they were in the 16-20 range, 21 is pushing it, 20-25% of them are equally attractive as they were 6-8 years ago, none of them are more attractive.
