In this article, the Linkedin employee concluded that females are more likely to be hired than males when applying for a job.
I thought her conclusion would be to hire more men in the workforce to solve the imbalance.
Her conclusion is, JFL grab the popcorn lads

. Her solution to females being hired more than males is to hire even more females .
