Upper middle class and i have master's degree.
I am academically similar to them but only difference is their halo effect is out of this world.

I am a premature baby and was fed carbslop until i realized i am eating like peasant and adopted a good diet when i was like 16.
But damage was done.
I have skull deformity and facial asymmetry.
I always feel tired despite my blood tests are normal.
Doctor said constant fatigue arises from developmental issues.
