Fellow ADHDcels; How do I avoid a Ritalin Crash?

I only take it occasionaly, like when I have an important interview etc. It works just fine but at the end of the day I start feeling weird and have Ritalin Crash like symptoms. How can i prevent this? I tried taking lower doses already.

They gave me meth aka methylphenidate, Fucking made me throw up more times than i can count and i barely ate, Fucking goverment meth pills in a blue and white capsule

ADHD doesn't exist. It's just what boomers say to their kids when they act like retarded faggots. Mental illness probably doesn't exist to an extent. It is just sometimes the brain can't function well on the level. Other people have even the same ones are crazy. This whole world is uncertain to me but we have rules in our society that keeps some order bound Anytime a kid has any expressive individuality they medicate him because he is weird. Instead we should ask ourselves how is his home life. My parents fought all the time and would pass out drunk. That's not normal but it was something I was force To deal with. There is no escaping this absurdity of the social system we live in
