LifeFuel Feeling slightly better again....

I had severe depression this evening and it came out of nowhere, in my case it fluctuates a lot. It was so bad today, to the point where I uploaded a thread about it.
However, it's getting better and my mind feels less heavy now.

I ate a big chocolate cookie, drank some strawberry Syrup/Kool aid added to my water, took a hot shower and I'm fine again.
My mind feels clear

Dopamine release usually makes it better. Just make sure you don't overdo it or else you'll go numb.

How do you cope during the weekends

It depends, it's been raining for weeks now, somehow I feel more comfy while it rains outside, It's nostalgic for some reason.
Basically I cope with nostalgy, I play PS2 games and watch old movies.

The sound of the rain hitting my window while I'm cozy in my room on a Friday night.
I'm gonna install BeamNG drive one of these days, the game looks good.
I look forward adding mods and playing it with real european cars
