Mine is LA Noire's. It reminded me a lot of the movie LA Confidential, which was certainly no coincidence, but it's still original enough to be engaging.

Wish there were more games with similar themes as well as depth.

RDR2, D:BH, The Last of Us.

Driver Parallel Lines' story was nice. I usually don't care about story in videogames though

HoS witcher 3

I was quite a different person 7 years ago. My view on life has changed drastically since then.
You don't like those games anymore or is it the opposite?

idk I enoyed the core concept of planescape torment's plot

I haven't replayed these. I don't think I'd hate if I played these now, but I don't think I'd enjoy as much as I did all those years before. But I really enjoyed them then, and that's what I wanted to say.

spec ops the line was good

God of War.
Not a serious lover of 2018 and onwards but I can't deny they are all great games and had a great evolution, despite not everyone liking it.

Spec Ops the Line

The Walking Dead had top tier story

The Connor and Hank stuff is good, the rest isn't.
Agreed here, thats the only shit I remember from DBH the shit with the child and that other girl who is an android I think is lame as shit

Morrowind
Kill the n'wahs

Max Payne 1. It's just perfect. The mystery that slowly uncovers and the iconic light novel "cut scenes" are so good.

Also the whole artstyle and setting.

Can definitely recommend. Gameplay is good even nowadays but graphics are a but outdated. Even though I think it dosent look that bad especially the levels are good looking and stylish.

It's rather linear though but I like that.

Mass Effect
I went into the game without really knowing much about it, so I was expecting some bland space faction wars. I really enjoyed uncovering the mystery and being one of the very few characters in the game who knew about the upcoming events.

Mass Effect 2, the story was disappointing. You knew from the very start what was going on and what you had to do. The whole game was about rebuilding your team of space badasses and learning their backstories. The whole game was about side characters basically, it didn't work out very well imo. I liked the actual gameplay better than the first though.

Library of Ruina
It's the best video game I've had the pleasure of playing just because of the story.
