Devil May Cry 4 because of the high skill ceiling due to inertia (a gameplay mechanic.)

Morrowind, took me out of real life when i was young

hearts of iron 4 just because it has infinite replay ability, I’ve been playing it consistently for about 5 years now

Factorio because of its high replayability (I've been playing since 2022 and I always return to it), because it is very well made on a technical level (optimisation and UI) and because the gameplay of setting up a massive factory and expanding/optimising it is extremely appealing to me.

The way your factory's production impacts how you deal with enemies is also really cool and I like the late game "combat" (it's all automated and done remotely).

Your join date made me realise it was December. I have no concept of time anymore.

Sekiro. I really enjoy the combat. It actually makes you use your brain because you can't get away with just panic rolling, over-leveling or using an OP build like you can in Dark Souls. It's harsh but fair. My favorite part was mastering the Sword Saint Isshin fight because it feels rewarding to go from barely knowing wtf you're doing to being able to destroy him without healing.

Cant really think of one, but I like sonic 3 and knuckles, sonic 1 and 2 are not bad games, but overrated as fucking hell

What do you think of sonic 1 and 2?

I'm pretty curious because plenty of people love to hold those games in high regard
I have it on good authority that sonic 3 and knuckles is a great game, and better than the other two.
I haven't played them yet anyway.

dayZ it’s more of an addiction for me than enjoyment

Ck2 has a lot more replayability

I don't play much and even then only casually and i suck but it's cs

If for character, then DDLC, but for enjoyment and everything, New Vegas.

Nice nice i am playing seiro rn. Learning all the moves of bosses and writing them in a notebook is my current obsession. I want to replay this game 99999999 times

(feels autistic). But, no offense, tbh i don't think you need any brain to play this game. It's just memorization. Not all bosses needs their moves to be fully memorized. Some bozos can be beaten in just a few tries based on just reactions unlike 3-4 main bosses (
Genichiro, owl, isshin
) whose moveset needs to be mastered for you to beat them consistently and comfortably. I like sekiro because every attack has a clear counter. If you press just the 3 buttons(for parrying, for mikhring, for jumping) at the right time you can play the game hitless. I haven't played any souls games before and i feel reluctant to do so. One because i don't want to go through the trial and error process again, it's tedious, and secondly becasue there is stamina, shield, parrying, dodging, positioning. So many variables. Too many outcomes. It's not just 1 or 0. Seems too much for autistic brain.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. If I have to pick a game and can't choose the entire franchise, I like Shadow of Chernobyl the most.

Best in the series imo modded and unmodded

Hoi4 because I like history and politics

Good for you.

Correct, at the very best, the ultimate peak of the souls genre is just memorization. However, that does not mean you even have to engage with these gameplay mechanics most of the time. Most of the time you can cheese the boss in some way or use some other escape hatch, if you start losing, if you want to beat every boss in the first few tries (to my knowledge, the same or similar occurs in Berserk, I suppose.)

DayZ never gets old
Dayz is like a girlfriend that treats you like shit and doesn’t care about you but you know no one else wouldn’t want you. Meaning that i don’t have any other substitute games so i just play dayz all the time

A Link to the Past because it's fun

Tomb Raider (2013) because it brings me nostalgia since it was the first game I had on the xbox 360 at the time, I also was very good at it and even speedran it

Only played ck3 it was alright, if ck2 is much better i might check it out.
its more fleshed out and you dont have as much woke bs
also its free + you can find the dlcs on yt

Skyrim, it's just my happy place.

Roblox and GTA Online

Resident evil 2 (ps1). I just loved the music, characters, and gameplay. It was actually scary. The demake is inferior to it despite being a good game in its own right.

Minecraft, because it's a simple game but you can do anything with it. I've played many games over the years, but Minecraft remains the one game I always eventually come back to because it still has something cool to check out.

Recently, I've enjoyed modding it with all the fancy shaders, mods, and resourcepacks to make the game feel super immersive and I just load up a world and walk around in it. It's very peaceful.

100% luv all Hideki Kamiya games.

fallout 3 simply because it was an open world rpg that I got the most fun of at the right age.

Bully because godlike OST and very fun game overall

Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines

osu because i am good enough at it to get complimented by people on my skill

I just mod the shit out of total war attila

Project Zomboid because of systemic survival mechanics and oppressive atmosphere
