Fatcels, such as myself, have a problem of loud snoring, which can disturb those around them, and what's worse for you personally, is that you're literally gasping for air.
Such aggressive act, also put strain on the muscle required to vibrate in order for air to flow properly, and extremely poor sleep quality is a sign of this.
That can manifest into having literally no energy to do anything.
