due to rammadan forcing me to eat one meal a day, I am eating like a cow till full. completely full to the point of almost regurgitating food out. I often end up spitting food out due to belly being full. it's really suifuel. worse part is due to his one meal a day shit? my protein needs are very hard to meet.

I still live with my parents, I could move out but want save on rent. is small price to not eat. normally though I would go out to eat even if rammadan but there is lockdown on everything still
