I have been alternate day fasting for a while now and you legit weight less every day and it’s really manageable I would highly recommend. Also you do not lose muscle mess and it isn’t unhealthy for you ( unless you have some special conditions) I’d say give it I try I have been fasting before but for like weeks and that shit isn’t fun at all you really want to die if you do that but this is really nice ngl
 
Why not just run a manageable calorie deficit? I dropped from 20% to 15% body fat without even going hungry, just eating a bit less.

I find it harder tbh I always want to eat more then so I rather not eat a day
