I have been alternate day fasting for a while now and you legit weight less every day and it’s really manageable I would highly recommend. Also you do not lose muscle mess and it isn’t unhealthy for you ( unless you have some special conditions) I’d say give it I try I have been fasting before but for like weeks and that shit isn’t fun at all you really want to die if you do that but this is really nice ngl
