I've always packed on muscle easily but was the absolute worst at any sport I touched and was generally just clumsy, like I had trouble just walking correctly and would trip every few minutes, it was almost comical how often it happened.
I trained football when I was 5 but stopped when I pooped my pants at practice. Then basketball 8-10, was pretty bad, would just chuck shots. Waterpolo 9-11, had no idea what I was doing, though in one game I started just karate chopping peoples arms and the coach said that was great defense, so I was happy with that.
