It may be the racepill, dickpill, heightpill etc. My theory is that those guys actually look good, but can't get laid due to some other reason (i.e utter mentalceldom or high standards) so they make an evaluation of their situation and come to the conclusion the reason behind their lack of success is actually due to a particular aspect of themselves, since it can't be looks as a whole as they actually aren't ugly.
