Basically it says average faces are the most attractive because they conform to our idea of what a human should look like and because they're more familiar.
This is why looking too ethnic, particularly in the west/anglosphere, is a death sentence. Anglosaxon features are over reperesented and they shift our perception of what humans should look like.
This also proves that it's better to be a generic looking Chad as opposed to an exotic looking Chad.
Things such as bone structure are obviously still important as you still need proper forward growth of the mandible and maxilla. Also, you need other health indicators such as hair, good skin quality, low bodyfat etc.
