I've got an idea here, I do not know if it's going to work out (probably not), but I'm going to risk, based on what I learned about blackpill (looks are 99%, and personality and attitude only make sense when looks matter) which I learned about nutrition.
At the moment, I am using creams that contain vitamin A and vitamin D, olive oil (which contains omega 3 and vitamin E) in addition to supplementing minerals. The idea is to nourish the skin to improve the appearance.
Also, I let my beard grow to hide my jaw and also my chin.
But I have already realized that this will not be enough. So I will try a complementary strategy, based on what I learned about bodybuilding and also about Spartan gymnastics, which consists of practicing bodybuilding on the face, in order to burn fat from the face and also cause some hypertrophy.
Anyone who has studied anything about Spartan gymnastics knows that the principle is to force the muscle in one direction while a limb tries to disrupt the movement, causing a tension. The effect of Spartan gymnastics is much lower than the effect of an ordinary gym. However, in the case of the muscles of the face, there is no alternative but Spartan gymnastics.
I will not teach the exercises here in detail, because even if you use your head, you will deduct the exercises yourself. But an exercise example for the jaw is to use both hands to open the jaw, while the jaw tries to close the mouth. The jaw is stronger than the two arms, so it may be interesting to tie the elbows in the legs and use the strength of the arms and legs added against the jaw. If the exercise is done correctly, the jaw muscle will hurt a lot.
The reverse exercise is to use both hands to close the jaw, while the jaw tries to open the mouth. The muscle that opens the jaw is weaker than the muscle that closes, so it's an easier exercise.
Other exercises consist of pulling the lips back using both hands while the lips try to make a duck's beak, fill the cheeks with air as the hands force to empty, try to lift the cheekbones while the hands pull the face down , try to close your eyes as the fingers of the hands try to open them, and finally try to raise the forehead while the hands try to pull down.
Just like in the gym, you do not exercise every muscle every day, you do not exercise every muscle of the face every day. Each muscle is exercised one day and rests two days, three or even four. I built a strategy in which I will do only two exercises a day, and one day I do three exercises, totaling 7 exercises. Saturdays and Sundays I do not do any exercise.
It will probably not have any effect, but since I'm not going to do it, I'll take my chances. There is nothing to lose.
