I remember how the first year was alright, until my body got depleted.

I have no more hair loss and have a full set of hair again. My weight is optimal, I feel good, have strong erections as well as very horny, which for an incel is a a double edged sword, no doubt and my mood is much better.
I have noticed that I am much calmer and more relaxed when I eat more animal fats.

But the side effect is of course high libido, so I have to steer clear of porn and even stay away from places were foids dress like sluts.
