Eye Area Importance

A bit random but I just seen this post on Facebook which highlights the importance of eye area. It's Mezut Ozil's eyes on Ronaldo and Messi.

Looks very realistic and drops both guys by like 5 points. I don't think Ronaldo would get anywhere near what he gets now female-wise looking like that tbh and would likely be in jail now for those fake rape allegations.

Is there any way to fix this sort of thing through surgery? Fillers etc?
