You might have misconstrued that post. What I did say was that killing people in an actual video game was protected by the First Amendment.

From a legal perspective you have the freedom to say anything with that warning attached, since it clearly absolves the speaker of it being a credible real world threat.

In the worst case, anyone accused of making real world threats could escalate it to supreme court to get their charges annulled. Though they should also sue the people who charged them for the crime for the suffering inflicted on them.

If was illegal to threaten to kill people in satire then everyone who acted as murderers in movies could be charged with attempted murder. Obviously this makes no sense.

Pretty much the entire Richard Golden case was dependent on the assumption that he would not escalate to Supreme Court. It was a regular abuse of power.

From a practical perspective whenever an incident like this happens you're supposed to sue the shit out of them instead of just accepting it as logical no matter how lenient they are.

Normies will always commit millions of felonies and break infinite laws without hesitation against incels, what matters is bringing legal retribution onto them by sueing them for all their money as compensation with maximum vengeance.

I realize how annoying it is but really whenever some circus of normies breaks the law we should really see them as 'just another bunch of criminals' instead of rationalizing their crimes. Normies are criminals through and through and they genuinely enjoy breaking laws. Incels bear the burden of bringing extreme vengeance to the law breaking normies by bringing the full brunt of the law against them. The more laws they break the more brutal their punishment.
